DPD Group UK is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HRBP model across the UK Cluster, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape people strategy and drive organisational effectiveness. You will coach HRBPs, align people initiatives with business priorities, manage employee relations, and champion inclusion and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
This role reports to the Head of Operations – UK Cluster and requires experience in change programmes and workforce planning.
