DPD Group in Oldbury is seeking a Workshop Team Leader to manage a team of HGV technicians in a busy workshop, covering a 4 on 4 off days pattern.

The role reports to the Workshop Manager and focuses on productivity, quality and safety.

You'll oversee parts, warranty work, and ensure adherence to ISO procedures, with responsibilities including assigning work, maintaining documentation, and investigating MOT issues when needed.
