DPD Group is seeking a Strategy and Transformation professional to design, define and govern a Target Operating Model (TOM) for key programmes and projects. You will translate strategic objectives into a scalable operational framework affecting processes, technology, governance and people structures.

Leading the TOM development, you will drive transformation, ensure customer-centric outcomes, and align with organisational strategy, while managing stakeholders and maintaining policy compliance.
