To lead and manage the people-side of change, ensuring successful adoption and usage of new processes, systems, and organisational structures across the business. This role is crucial for maximising the return on investment of transformation initiatives by driving employee engagement, minimising resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

  • Transformation & Change Strategy: Develop and execute a robust change management strategy, including detailed communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans.
  • Impact Analysis & Risk Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses to identify potential challenges and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Identify, analyse, and manage key stakeholders, developing tailored engagement and influencing tactics for each group.
  • Sponsorship & Execution Coaching: Coach senior leaders, managers, and project teams to help them fulfil their change sponsorship and execution roles effectively.
  • Change Measurement & Evaluation: Evaluate change readiness and measure the success of change implementation using key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results, and managing corrective actions.
  • Training & Documentation Management: Create and manage the creation of training materials and user documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Colleague Development & Mindset: Champion and embed initiatives that develop colleagues' critical thinking and change agility, ensuring they are equipped to proactively embrace and execute transformation initiatives correctly.
  • Transformation Agenda Championing: Act as a champion for the company's transformation agenda, ensuring alignment between change activities and strategic business goals.
  • Project Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project management teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Resistance Management & Roadblock Removal: Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and sources of user resistance to maintain momentum and achieve successful change adoption.
  • Framework Maturity & Evolution: Contribute to the continuous maturity and evolution of the organisation’s change management framework and methodology.

Additional Information

Remuneration and Benefits: £11,000 car allowance or car 15% bonus.
