Job Description
The Role: We are seeking a reliable Class 1 Shunter Driver to take ownership of our night time yard operations. In this role, you serve as the primary conductor of our logistical flow, ensuring that every movement is executed with precision to maintain the integrity of our high-speed supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Maneuvering: You will be responsible for the safe and efficient navigation of trailers and tug units throughout the yard. This requires exceptional spatial awareness and the ability to execute complex maneuvers in a fast-paced environment with zero margin for error.
- Systems & Compliance: Beyond physical movement, you will utilize our internal management systems to meticulously log all trailer transitions.
