You will support both internal and external customers regarding collection or delivery of parcels, liaising with Drivers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve disputes. Strong communication and admin skills are essential for success.
The role is based on a Monday to Friday schedule (08:00–18:30) with occasional Saturdays (1 in 4). Salary up to £25,528.04 per annum plus benefits and DOE.
