DPD Group in Dudley is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen the depot operations team during the night shift. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensure safe, efficient unloading of lorries and accurate parcel sortation to meet KPIs.
You will monitor CAD %, depot throughput, and saturation targets, manage health & safety, productivity and costs, and quickly source additional staff when needed. Strong communication and data reporting skills are essential.
