DPD Group is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager for Bristol Depot to strengthen our operations team.

You will work closely with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, keeping them engaged and motivated to deliver outstanding service in a busy environment.

You will lead KPI-focused activities, ensure routes and SPR targets, manage resources for ad-hoc collections, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining clear documentation and reporting.
