The Role:
- Days of Work: 5 Day Rotating Rota
- Hours of Work: 09:00 - 17:30
The Tasks: What Your Day Looks Like:
- Vehicle Prep & Loading: Start your shift with daily vehicle safety checks, load parcels into van efficiently for your route.
- Route Mastery: Use handheld technology to navigate territory; software provides predictive windows for customers.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver parcels directly to doorsteps, providing friendly, professional service.
- Problem Solving on the Go: Find safe places or navigate tricky areas using local knowledge and tech.
- Safe Handling: Securely handle parcels (up to 25kg) from depot to final destination.
Qualifications:
- You have a valid UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months.
- You are physically fit (can handle parcels up to 30kg).
- You are a people person, professional, reliable, and care about the service you deliver.
- You are comfortable navigating local roads and using handheld devices.
