Job Description: DPD aren't just delivering parcels; we’re leading the game in e-commerce and sustainability. As a Debrief Operative, you’re the backbone of the depot—the bridge between our drivers and a 5-star customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the Squad: Help drivers smash their routes by finding tricky addresses and giving clear instructions.
  • Tech Management: Keep our "Saturn" handhelds in top shape (reporting any glitches ASAP).
  • Customer Care: Handling enquiries like a pro and keeping those depot KPIs on point.
  • Process Pro: Running the driver debriefs and keeping the paperwork tight.
  • Safety First: Keeping the workspace safe and secure for everyone.

Kit: Full training, uniform, and PPE provided.
