Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join our highly experienced Depot management team.
In this role, you will oversee the smooth running of our operation, helping your Depot achieve outstanding service to customers and meet objectives related to Cost, Health & Safety, Security, Productivity, and Transport.
Additionally, you will be accountable for:
- Recruitment, development, and retention of staff, ensuring compliance and Employee Relations processes are followed.
- Managing P&L through effective planning and reporting.
- Enhancing operational support while focusing on innovative ways of working.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution industries.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced operation and motivate high-performing teams.
- Experience in monitoring performance, analyzing data, and implementing improvements.
- Outstanding communication skills with strategic influence ability.

- Availability to cover any 5 shifts, including weekends, as depots operate 365 days a year.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
