Location: Hub 3 - Oldbury

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work as part of our Hub Administration Team based in Oldbury. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to Hubs, Transport, IG, and Logistics operations. This includes:

  • Maintaining accurate employee personnel records
  • Time and Attendance records
  • Absence Management
  • Disciplinary & Grievance records
  • Purchase orders & Invoice handling
  • Quality & Compliance checks
  • Maintenance of database accuracy and organisation by keeping Google Sheets, internal systems, and dashboards up to date

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to general enquiries received by the department via telephone, email, and post
  • General Administrative tasks including typing letters and other correspondence, typing minutes from internal meetings
  • Action items identified in weekly reports by coordinating with relevant department/management
  • Managing and processing employee holiday requests
