DPD Group UK is seeking an experienced Yard Technician to join the VMU team. You will inspect, service, maintain and repair the DPD HGV fleet, comprising around 1,500 tractor units and 3,000 trailers, to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and minimal downtime.
In this role you will perform routine DVSA inspections, diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and prepare vehicles for MOT testing while keeping accurate records and maintaining a safe workshop
