Location: DPD Guildford - Prime 24, Lyon Way, GU16 7EX

Contract Type: Permanent / 40 Hours per week.

Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday

Hours of Work: 12:00 - 20:30

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + enhanced overtime rates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Squad: Help drivers smash their routes by finding tricky addresses and giving clear instructions.
  • Tech Management: Keep our "Saturn" handhelds in top shape (reporting any glitches ASAP).
  • Customer Care: Handling enquiries like a pro and keeping those depot KPIs on point.
  • Process Pro: Running the driver debriefs and keeping the paperwork tight.
  • Safety First: Keeping the workspace safe and secure for everyone.
  • Kit: Full training, uniform, and PPE provided.
