Job Description
Within this role you will ensure breakdown calls from our Linehaul Drivers (HGV Drivers) are answered and acted upon in an efficient manner. Ensuring that supplier contact and invoice processing, ensuring the end-to-end process is completed. You will also be:
- Communicating with other business lines in order to resolve any issues that arise
- Raising system order numbers for external suppliers
- Ensuring that supplier contact and invoice processing is completed accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring the end-to-end process is completed.
- Running daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports to include service reports, MOT and performance reports
Qualifications
What we are looking for; As the successful candidate for this role you will be able to evidence extensive experience in an administrative role ideally within a transport setting. You will be able to evidence excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and high attention to detail. We will also expect you to:
- Be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite or Google suite.
- Have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Be a self-motivated and organised individual.
