Job Description
Our Site Manager is looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Customer Services Advisor to strengthen our dedicated and friendly customer services team, who prioritize our customers in everything they do.
In this role, you will assist both internal and external customers regarding the collection or delivery of parcels.
You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively solve problems, and take accountability for resolving these issues.
You’ll also be focused on:
- Answering queries related to delivery status and providing Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Conducting thorough investigations for missing parcels and resolving delivery disputes

- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Politeness and professionalism at all times, with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
