Your role is important in upholding our reputation for excellence and reliability. Providing outstanding service during both collection and delivery processes, is equally as vital as adhering to strict time schedules.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nCommence your shift at the depot, assisting with the loading of parcels.\\n\\nExecute a daily delivery and collection schedule, typically encompassing 40-60 stops within the designated area.\\n\\nUtilise the provided sack barrow/hand truck for the transportation of heavier items, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.\\n\\nMaintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.\\n\\nAdhere strictly to all road safety regulations and company policies.\\n\\nEfficiently manage your time to ensure all collections and deliveries are completed within the specified timeframes.\\n\\nAccurately document all transactions and maintain thorough records of your daily activities.\\n\\nReport any issues or discrepancies promptly to the relevant supervisors.\\n\\nContinuously strive to improve service quality and operational efficiency.\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for:\\n\\nTo be considered for the role you must have:\\n\\nA valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card) and CPC accreditation \\n\\nWe are also looking for you to demonstrate that you:\\n\\nRecognise the value of providing great customer service \\n\\nCan work to deadlines, are flexible and always go above and beyond  \\n\\nAre friendly, approachable, positive, resourceful and professional\\n\\nAre able to multi-task and problem solve\\n\\nAbility to lift, load and carry \\n\\nAdditional Information\\n\\nAbout our Benefits\\n\\nWe recognise that our people are at the heart of our business, without them we wouldn’t be able to deliver our award-winning service to millions of customers across the country each day.
