Cohabs is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own our global TA strategy and execution across international markets. You will partner with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent to fuel Cohabs’ growth.
You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and drive data-driven improvements using automation and AI. Fluency in French and English is required, with a hands-on, autonomous approach in a fast-growing scale-up.
