DPC is looking for a friendly, organised CoSec Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands‑on role, perfect for someone who enjoys detail, structure, and working closely with both colleagues and clients. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients stay compliant while building your own skills and career in company secretarial practice.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, review, and submit confirmation statements for client companies.
- Manage dormant account filings and follow up with clients as needed.
- Assist with accounting year‑end changes and routine company filings such as director appointments, resignations, and registered office updates.
- Support director and PSC ID verification, ensuring compliance with Companies House and AML requirements.
- Maintain organised company records and help with administrative processes, checklists, and reminders.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to senior team members, including incorporations, share transactions, and restructures.
