DPC is looking for a friendly, organised Audit Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, leading audits, and supporting both colleagues and clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services, helping clients stay compliant, and mentoring more junior team members, all while building your own career in audit and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Plan audits, assess risks, and develop audit programs tailored to each client.
  • Review the work of junior staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, addressing queries and explaining audit findings.
  • Ensure all audits comply with regulatory and professional standards.
  • Support the continuous improvement of audit processes and internal controls.
  • Assist in building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards - ACCA / ACA qualified.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and upskill junior colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Inflo software is a plus.
  • Friendly, approachable, and collaborative team player.
