Currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a client in Glasgow. The role is directly involved in a new exciting sport project with a number of roles to fill both Permanent and Full Time.

To work with the wider trailblazing team to greet all customers; cover the reception area; manage all facility bookings; and set-up, run and close down all activities across the facility; ensuring that an excellent and timely service is provided at all times.

Key Accountabilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customers in person, via email or telephone, responding to and resolving any day-to-day queries, escalating to the Operations Supervisor when required, to ensure an excellent and welcoming service is provided to all customers in line with the company values.
  • Liaise with customers to manage all activity bookings, assisting with queries and logging all bookings accurately in the bookings system, ensuring all bookings information is logged correctly and customers receive all relevant bookings information.
  • Work with the wider Trailblazing team to ensure the appropriate set up, running and closing down of each of the facility's activities, to ensure all activities run to time and customers receive an excellent service in line with the agreed Operations Procedure.
  • Operate equipment in line with the operating procedures, as required.
  • Work with the wider Trailblazing team to manage the rental of equipment to customers, ensuring all information is logged accordingly and customer service is provided as per the agreed Operations Procedure.
Skills Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively to staff and customers in person, on the phone and over email.
  • An understanding of what good customer service entails.
  • Good working knowledge and experience of using computers and email packages.
