We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Practice in Oxfordshire and Dubai. Responsibilities would include working within a team environment on all aspects of the lighting design process, from inception to completion, attending design and site meetings in the UK or UAE and overseas. You will be expected to lead a team of designers and head up a variety of projects.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and includes bonus opportunities. The Dubai position enjoys a tax‑free environment subject to personal taxation circumstances.
Required skills and experience
A Senior Associate should have a minimum of fifteen years’ experience in independent professional lighting design. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent creative, technical, commercial, project management and communication skills. Only applicants with professional independent lighting design experience will be considered. Applicants will be expected to show examples of their completed exterior and interior work where their management skills, leadership and design input has been extremely significant. As well as creative and technical skills, you will need excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and DIALux. Knowledge of BIM/Revit would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
