Build relationships. Grow the business. Represent world-class brands. We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead our Northern territory. Representing DPA Microphones and Austrian Audio, you will take ownership of a well-established customer base, driving growth through strong relationships while actively identifying and converting new opportunities. This is a highly field-focused position where visibility, consistency, and trust are key.
You will work closely with dealers, end users, and key venues, contributing to a strong, coordinated presence in the market aligned with wider sales and marketing activity. The role is primarily focused on Live, Studio, and Corporate markets, while also engaging across Film & Broadcast, Theatre, and Installation - offering a varied and dynamic commercial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver against regional sales targets
- Manage and grow key dealer and account relationships
- Maintain a consistent schedule of customer visits across the region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Generate, manage, and close quotes, tenders, and project opportunities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Plan and execute dealer activity, joint events, and open days
- Maintain accurate and structured CRM records across all activity
- Build strong relationships with end users across all relevant sectors
- Support PR opportunities, case studies, and success stories in line with marketing initiatives
- Deliver demonstrations that clearly connect product performance to application
- Maintain visibility across Live, Studio, Corporate, Film & Broadcast, Theatre, and Installation sectors
- Ensure pipeline and engagement activity is consistently tracked in CRM
Venue & Institutional Engagement
- Develop relationships with key venues, theatres, broadcasters, institutions, and integrators
- Organise and support demonstrations, training days, and industry events
- Provide practical product support and guidance to customers and partners
- Contribute to wider brand presence and educational initiatives

What You Bring
- Proven sales experience, ideally within professional audio or a related industry
- Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, opportunity-led approach
- Ability to build relationships and convert them into measurable business results
- Good technical understanding of audio (or ability to develop quickly)
- Organised and self-motivated, with strong CRM discipline
- Experience working with dealers, integrators, or channel partners
- Good working knowledge of Mac/Office tools
- Full UK driving licence
