We are seeking an E-commerce & SEO Executive to join our team based in Ashford/Woking on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work as part of the Digital Performance team, helping to ensure our e‑commerce platform is continually optimised, commercially effective, and delivers an engaging customer experience across all markets. The successful candidate will have a proven record in e‑commerce or digital marketing, content management, and using data to influence performance and conversion. The role is based in our Ashford/Woking office, with 1‑2 days from home per week.
Key Responsibilities And Duties- Daily management and maintenance of the P&O Ferries websites across multiple markets (UK, French, German, Dutch, Polish)
- Building and updating web pages, including offers and informational content, using our CMS (Sitecore)
- Writing and developing engaging content for campaigns, offers, FAQs, travel information and inspiration pages
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, up to date and aligned with marketing campaigns
- Managing and collaborating with agency partners to deliver SEO and content enhancements
- Analysing website performance, conversion rates and content effectiveness, using insights to recommend improvements
- Supporting the delivery of digital projects and new website features, including testing and asset gathering
- Have experience working in an e‑commerce or digital marketing role
- Be confident using a CMS (Sitecore desirable)
- Have strong content writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Be comfortable analysing data to inform decisions and optimise performance
- Demonstrate problem‑solving skills and the ability to bring new ideas
- Have an understanding of the online customer journey and conversion optimisation
- Show strong organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience using Google Analytics
- SEO knowledge or hands‑on experience
- Experience working across multiple international markets
Location: Ashford/Woking – this role operates Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available. Travel between offices will be required and will be covered in accordance with our expenses policy.
