DP World is currently recruiting for a UAT Tester to join our team on-site in Coventry. Responsible for UAT test scenarios, updating process documentation relating to UAT, accurate reporting of issues and defects, follow-up testing, ensuring completeness of the UAT, and issuing daily/weekly UAT updates on progress and issues identified.

How will you contribute

  • Conduct functional, integration and regression training
  • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures relating to UAT
  • Ensure all issues and defects/fails are logged on/in the appropriate format and system
  • Create status reports on all ongoing tests
  • Ensure all test plans, scenarios and scripts for a UAT test are completed and stored for future reference
  • Collaborate with QA and development team in troubleshooting issues
  • Support deployment of code, and act as 1st point of escalation
  • Assist in the creation of Process and Work Instruction documentation relating to the UAT test
  • Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to the Operation Support day-to-day operations in solving issues and equipment set up
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of WMS and expertise in MS Office
