How you will contribute:
- Design and configure workflow-based interfaces including mapping of standard formats like EDIFACT, IDOC, JSON, X.12, XML, and others into our internal format and vice versa or directly into destination format.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like AS2, OFTP, SFTP, and API.
- Project management, functional and integration testing, and detailed implementation and change documentation.
- Perform patching, maintenance, and configuration changes of our middleware software.
- Analyze incidents and provide corrective actions.
- Proactively monitor alert notifications from the middleware and service desk and resolve or escalate as required.
Your key qualifications:
- Completed professional training or Bachelor\’s degree in computer science/computer engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience and knowledge in EDI message types and protocols used for electronic data interchange and/or experience in API-based communication.
- Experience and knowledge in EDI middleware, especially Lobster Data and/or Boomi.
- Knowledge in network technology and network security.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in following change management and change control processes.
- Experience working both as part of a team and independently.
