Hľadáme skúseného vedúceho tímu, ktorý sa pripojí k nášmu vznikajúcemu tímu zamestnancov v Nitre. Táto pozícia zodpovedá za dohľad nad prevádzkou na baliacej linke, riadenie členov tímu a zabezpečenie efektívnych pracovných tokov počas pridelených zmien. Ideálny kandidát musí mať silné vodcovské schopnosti a praktický prístup k riešeniu problémov.

Pracujte v príjemnom režime 2-zmennej prevádzky od pondelka do piatka, pričom ranná zmena začína o 6:00 a končí o 14:00, a poobedná zmena prebieha od 14:00 do 22:00.

Hlavné zodpovednosti:

  • Riadenie pracovného výkonu zamestnancov v tíme, ich motivácia a ich príkladné vedenie
  • Efektívna komunikácia so zákazníkmi a dodávateľmi, znalosť potrieb zákazníka
  • Kontrola a monitorovanie skladových procesov
  • Plánovanie a riadenie optimálneho využívania zdrojov
  • Monitorovanie a kontrola pracovných procesov
  • Monitorovanie vybavenia a používania zariadení v súlade s princípmi bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci
  • Zabezpečenie zaznamenávania všetkých prípadných nehôd / incidentov a vyplnenie príslušnej dokumentácie
  • Zabezpečenie poriadku a čistoty v pridelených oblastiach
  • Dodržiavanie všetkých právnych požiadaviek v pridelených oblastiach
  • Zabezpečenie súladu s pracovnými procesmi a osvedčenými postupmi
  • Monitorovanie a editovanie dochádzky, chorôb/neprítomnosti členov tímu v práci, vrátane rozhovoru o návrate do práce
  • Denné zaznamenávanie všetkých potrebných informácií týkajúcich sa skladových činností
