Hľadáme skúseného vedúceho tímu, ktorý sa pripojí k nášmu vznikajúcemu tímu zamestnancov v Nitre. Pracujte v príjemnom režime 2-zmennej prevádzky od pondelka do piatka, pričom ranná zmena začína o 6:00 a končí o 14:00 a poobedná zmena prebieha od 14:00 do 22:00.
Hlavné zodpovednosti:
- Riadenie pracovného výkonu zamestnancov v tíme, ich motivácia a ich príkladné vedenie
- Efektívna komunikácia so zákazníkmi a dodávateľmi, znalosť potrieb zákazníka
- Kontrola a monitorovanie skladových procesov
- Plánovanie a riadenie optimálneho využívania zdrojov
- Monitorovanie a kontrola pracovných procesov
