An excellent opportunity has opened within our Commercial – Supply Chain department for a Supply Chain Officer.
The role includes contributing to supply chain projects, improving processes, testing systems, developing reports and supporting marketing efforts.
How you will contribute Build strong knowledge of DP World UK’s supply chain products and services.
Create and share monthly performance reports and data insights.
Complete assigned project tasks on time to support delivery goals.
Work closely with internal teams and customers to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Support the Supply Chain Projects Director and Product Managers with strategic projects.
Develop and present clear customer value propositions to promote products.
Represent DP World professionally at industry events and trade shows.
Help design and manage customer feedback tools and registration systems.
Handle daily admin tasks and data analysis with accuracy.
Learn and use systems that support UK supply chain operations.
Stay updated on port operations, team activities and sustainability efforts.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead monthly ETC meetings, including managing discussions, minutes, action logs and fund tracking.
Suggest ideas to grow the business and improve services.
What you will bring A minimum of GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English at grade 5/C or above, or an equivalent standard.
Possession of A-level qualifications or equivalent is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating strong strategic and commercial acumen will also be considered.
A proactive attitude with a demonstrated sense of urgency and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
A clear understanding of effective teamwork within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Ability to perform under pressure, make responsive decisions when required, and maintain a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Strong aptitude for learning and navigating IT systems and digital tools.

A full valid UK driving licence or an appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.
