How you will contribute:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyse account performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support commercial negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business growth opportunities.
- Utilise CRM and other tools to track and leverage cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate customer feedback sessions and surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Implement service improvements based on customer feedback to enhance experience.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade body meetings.
- Lead and manage an engaged team, promoting collaboration and professional development.
- Set and evaluate team goals that are aligned, measurable, attainable, and time-bound.
- Act as an ambassador for DP World, demonstrating positive behaviours in line with company principles.
What you will bring:
Qualifications
- Educated to a high standard, ideally with a minimum of three strong A-levels. A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Proven expertise in logistics and customs processes within a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-level relationships with both commercial and government stakeholders.
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and government agencies.
