Deine Aufgaben
- Umsetzung von Projekten vor Ort und Koordination des Projektteams
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse nach Lean-Standards
- Koordination von Prozessänderungen und Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Produktivität und Arbeitssicherheit
- UnterstĂĽtzung der Einkaufsabteilung bei Angeboten
- Prognoseanalysen und Ă„nderungsmanagement
- Erstellung von Layouts und Flows mit CAD-Software
- Sicherstellung der Berichterstattung und Finanzplanung fĂĽr Projekte
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel; auĂźerdem Kenntnisse von VISIO, SAP und CAD
- Berufserfahrung in einer organisatorischen oder beratenden Rolle
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Lean-Produktionsprinzipien, Prozessanalyse, Anlagenlayouts und Ursachenanalyse
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. B2) – weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Zahlenverständnis
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden, Teamleitern und anderen Abteilungen
