We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team in Nitra, Slovakia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the fulfillment of production plans, driving Standard Work and Quality processes to deliver a “Right First Time” product to customers.
  • Implement a zero-tolerance mindset for deviations from quality standards.
  • Deliver products on time using Just-In-Time (JIT) logistics methods, ensuring adherence to internal delivery processes and dispatch time windows.
  • Lead the follow-up of customer concerns, identifying and eliminating root causes with robust countermeasures.
  • Manage, control, organize, and coordinate production staff and supervisors daily, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Respond effectively to external and internal customer demands.
  • Develop and maintain materials and production reporting systems to support senior management and customer information needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring appropriate resolution.
  • Support lean initiatives, including 5S, standardized work, and people involvement.
  • Participate in company projects, fulfilling assigned tasks and objectives.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shift Manager in operations, logistics, or production management.
  • Understanding of logistics processes and production workflow.
  • Knowledge of relevant procedures and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex data.
