DP World is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team in Ostrava. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across our site. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, site management, and process owners to drive quality, environmental, health, and safety (QEHS) initiatives in line with international standards.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and optimize the site‑related Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Coordinate and update site‑related documentation in collaboration with QEHS Manager, site management, and process owners.
  • Organize and manage QEHS meetings and ensure effective follow‑up.
  • Plan and execute QEHS inspections (5S, SOS, Safety, Waste walks).
  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits (ISO, VDA, IATF, Compliance).
  • Monitor quality, environmental, and safety indicators, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process audits, and compliance assessments.

Your Profile:

  • Solid experience in Quality Management and ideally a relevant QM qualification (including auditor certification).
  • Confident in applying QM methods (FMEA, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.).
  • Industrial experience with a practical approach to standards and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Czech.
  • Structured, solution‑oriented working style with high attention to detail.
  • Independent, reliable, and a strong team player.
  • Ideally, knowledge in occupational health & energy management.
