Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming pallets and packaging units to identify damages or irregularities.
- Repair damaged packaging using approved materials and repair methods.
- Repack materials when repair is not possible or does not meet standards.
- Replace damaged pallets or packaging components when necessary.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are in proper and transport-safe condition.
- Follow packaging manuals, work instructions and operational standards.
- Return repaired or repacked units back into operational flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the packaging maintenance area.
- Handle tools and basic equipment used for packaging repair.
- Support smooth cross-dock flow by eliminating packaging-related issues.
What do we expect from you?
- Secondary education is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Experience in warehouse, packaging or logistics is an advantage.
- Ability to follow work instructions and standardized procedures.
- Basic numeracy skills (counting and quantity verification).
- Basic computer skills (warehouse systems or terminals are a plus).
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
- Ability to use basic tools (cutters, tape dispensers, hand tools).
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to perform manual and repetitive tasks reliably.
- Good sense of organization and workplace cleanliness.
