Job Description DP World are a global logistics and supply chain business and we are currently recruiting for an MP&L supervisor. In this role working in one of our newest sites you’ll be, supervising, coordinating and monitoring the logistics operation. Responsible for management of staff and for all on shift Health, Safety, Environmental issues arising. Please note this role will be working on a PM SHIFT only (3-11pm Mon-Fri) How you will contribute Responsible for ensuring inbound deliveries are received and tipped as per schedule. Achieving all internal KPI by allocating correct resource and coaching team to manage the day-to-day business using the business objectives. Manage the update of all Team board documentation to capture real time performance and identify improvements. Confirm daily activity is being carried out to achieve KPI. Responsible for identifying and implementing corrective actions for issues arising that affect the successful achievement of departmental KPI as well as specifying process improvements that will enhance operational performance.
