About the Role:
As an IT Administration and Lifecycle Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting IT Procurement, Asset & Inventory Management, and Vendor Coordination across DP World’s European operations. You will be the backbone of administrative efficiency, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in our IT lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement activities by managing purchase requisitions and vendor portals.
- Coordinate with IT and finance teams to ensure proper budgeting, approvals, and compliance with purchasing policies.
- Monitor and manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment, and lifecycle documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date contract and vendor records, support onboarding of new vendors, and oversee contract renewals.
- Drive reporting on PR/PO status, license allocations, and non-compliance resolutions.
- Submit Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) requests and serve as an AFE policy super user.
- Support software license allocation and charge-out processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, procurement, and finance teams in Europe.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally in an IT or procurement environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Jira is a plus.
- Solid understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Able to travel up to 10% within Europe.
- Team player with strong collaboration and critical thinking skills.
