The HR Pricing Analyst Europe will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial success of DP World’s logistics operations by providing accurate and strategic HR cost modelling for RFQs and tenders. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, and the role sits at the intersection of data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and HR strategy in a fast-paced, international environment.
Our ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced Analyst with an affinity to HR/People focused Financial data.
Location: UK (Hybrid working), Germany or Netherlands
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
How you will contribute
- Lead the HR input for RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes across Europe, working closely with local HR and commercial teams.
- Gather, analyze, and report HR data in standardized Excel and PowerPoint formats to support pricing and bidding strategies.
- Calculate fully loaded labour costs per function and provide recommendations for pricing models and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Pricing, HR, and Operations teams to build and maintain HR templates for future pricing and benchmarking.
- Develop and enhance HR tools to support the quote and bidding process.
- Maintain awareness of country-specific legislation and compensation practices that may impact pricing and HR policies.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams during the bid process to ensure accuracy and alignment on reward-related matters.
- Establish HR costing structures for new countries where DP World is expanding its logistics footprint.
- Support compensation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR pricing strategies.
What you will bring
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a strong affinity for Reward and HR analytics.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in HR pricing or compensation analysis, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Familiarity with RFQ/tender processes and commercial bid support.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work with large datasets in Excel.
- Experience presenting data and insights in a clear, persuasive manner using PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and geographies.
