Responsibilities:
- Assist with due diligence activities related to promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s values and culture.
- Ensure the highest level of safety is applied in all activities.
- Understand and follow DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent level preferred in relevant areas of study (e.g. Business Administration, Law).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance department or legal department in a multinational organisation.
- Expertise in relevant regional regulations such as GDPR, UKBA (and other European anti-bribery and corruption regulations), competition laws and economic sanctions.
- Highly ethical, principled and diligent with excellent planning and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions, regional and global teams.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft 365 functionalities.
- Fluent in English; any other European languages is an advantage.
