Customs Project & Improvement Specialist Job Description Key Responsibilities & ContributionsInternal and External Communication: Provide guidance to the internal teams on special cases of Customs Control Measurement, using tools such as: score cards, specific customs analysis, customs reporting, ensuring communication in a cohesive and structured mannerOperational Excellence: Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth information and goods flows within the internal teamsTeamwork: Provide support for individual team members and other parties in an effective manner whilst remaining approachable and flexible to facilitate the achievement of personal & overall DP World goalsRoot Cause Analysis: Recognize the requirement for and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions or action plans. Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and provide feedback with regards to corrective action plans, including required IT-enhancements.
