DP World is looking for hands-on Team Leaders to join our new site based in Coventry on Segro Park to assist the Supervisor with the daily running of the operation and cover the Shift Manager in their absence.
About The Role
- Support colleagues to work together and ensure they're delivering good customer service.
- Organise and delegate workloads and monitor performance to make sure work processes are completed correctly.
- Maintain and monitor standard quality and safe working practices and adhere to the safe working methods.
- Coach all Warehouse Operatives daily in processes and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety adherence is managed effectively.
- Liaise between departments to resolve problems.
Your Key Skills
- Proficient warehouse experience and operational knowledge.
- Experience in leading a team / supervising staff.
- Experience working within logistics environment.
- Experience of using WMS.
