DP World is looking for Quality Auditors to join our brand new site based in Coventry. In this role you will evaluate and ensure processes, products, and services meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements while promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product quality audits in line with established sampling plans.
- Maintain and control quality process documentation using the Q-Pulse management system.
- Support the Quality Manager with the investigation and resolution of non‑conformances.
- Carry out process audits and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Collect, analyse, and report operational quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports for management review.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the operation.
- Maintain quality‑related KPI data and reporting.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the quality function.
