We are looking for someone who will

Lead the execution of the Lean Business System (LBS) alongside the CEO/COO, aligning with DP World’s GOE pillars. Collaborate with regional and global leaders to embed lean thinking into the organisational culture. Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer-centricity.
Location: Stanford- Le-Hope or Southampton (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
How you will contribute:

Lead the charge in lean transformation, guiding senior leaders through impactful behavioral change to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Drive the local rollout of the Lean Business System (LBS), overseeing key initiatives such as the Lean Academy, Daily Management practices, and structured problem-solving programs.

Design and deliver a strategic, multi-year roadmap that ensures long-term operational excellence and sustainable performance gains.

Harness the power of data and analytics to fuel innovation, optimize processes, and steer ongoing improvement efforts.

Inspire and develop high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of learning, feedback, and growth.

Champion DP World’s values and safety-first mindset, ensuring every initiative reflects our commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
What you will bring:

Proven experience in operations and process improvement.
-
Lean training or continuous improvement roles.
-
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management.
-
Strong facilitation, coaching and change management skills.
-
Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive strategic alignment.

Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
-
Experience working in virtual teams and with external consultants is a plus.
