  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with event Promoters, sponsors and venue partners. Work collaboratively across departments to uphold the Tour’s “one team” philosophy and enhance the player experience.
  • Accreditation Oversight: Manage the full accreditation process for the HotelPlanner Tour. Ensure players, staff and authorised personnel receive required credentials promptly.
  • Invite Requests & Administration: Oversee the HotelPlanner Tour invites inbox. Liaise with the HotelPlanner Tour Director and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
  • Additional Support & Projects: Contribute to wider departmental initiatives and cross‑functional projects that support the Tour’s strategic aims.
