Who We Are

The European Tour group administers golf’s global Tour - the DP World Tour - the HotelPlanner Tour and the Staysure Legends Tour, as well as golf’s greatest team contest, the Ryder Cup. Our Player Relations team plays a vital role in delivering a world‑class experience for Tour players and their management teams throughout the global season. We build trusted relationships, provide exceptional communication and ensure every detail is handled seamlessly, from tournament information to travel and logistics.

About The Role

You’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of the Player Relations team, acting as a key point of contact for players and their representatives. A central part of the role is managing and supporting the Player Portal — our secure online hub used by professional golfers and their management teams to access tournament information, communications and services. Alongside this, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative and logistical support, helping ensure players receive timely, accurate information and a consistently excellent experience throughout the season.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating communication with players and managers around travel, accommodation and VIP logistics
  • Managing financial contributions and payments linked to player travel and related services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Overseeing and documenting VIP travel and accommodation inventory and spend, including charter flights and airport transfers
  • Uploading and maintaining tournament information on the Player Portal, including pre‑event and event‑week details such as hotels, transport and pro‑am draws
  • Acting as the primary contact for Player Portal queries and inbox management, working closely with the Player Portal project team to resolve issues and share feedback
  • Maintaining Player Portal user lists and supporting content creation for DP World Tour communications
  • Providing general administrative support, including travel coordination, purchase order processing, inbox management, fan mail distribution and contact list maintenance
  • Supporting Player Lounge operations at selected tournaments during the season
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the Tour and the ETWA, coordinating communications and supporting tournament‑week activations where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
  • A proactive, detail‑focused approach with a mindset for improving processes and ways of working
  • A collaborative, professional relationship builder who enjoys working as part of a close‑knit team
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with flight booking and travel logistics (desirable, but not essential)
  • A high level of attention to detail and resilience in a fast‑paced, operational setting

Working with us

Our team operates internationally, supporting tournaments across multiple time zones, seven days a week during the season. As a result, flexibility around working hours is essential, and travel may be required at certain points throughout the year. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to work at the heart of a global sporting organisation, gain exposure to elite professional sport, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our players. If you’re highly organised, people‑focused and excited by the idea of supporting players on Tour, we’d love to hear from you.

The European Tour group promote diversity, equality, and inclusion. We ensure that we make employment decisions by matching our business needs with skills and experience of candidates, regardless of anything.
