About Us
The European Tour group administers golf’s global Tour—the DP World Tour, the HotelPlanner Tour, the Legends Tour and the G4D Tour (golf for the disabled)—as well as golf’s greatest team contest, the Ryder Cup.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Player Relations Executive with fluency in English and at least one other European language. This is an essential requirement because many Tour players do not speak English as their first language. The successful candidate will be assigned to players they can best support in their native language, helping us provide high‑quality, accessible communication to all members and their support teams. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment and love working with people, this could be the perfect role for you.
The Role
You’ll be the trusted point of contact for players, their managers/agents, and internal teams across the European Tour. Through clear communication, smart problem solving and strong collaboration, you’ll help ensure our members feel supported, informed and valued. You’ll also play a central role at tournaments, guiding players through key projects, coordinating member education and surveys, and ensuring sponsor and promoter commitments are delivered smoothly. This is a visible, hands‑on role where no two days look the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Member & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with members, managers and agents, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.
- Manage communication planning, feedback, and time‑critical problem solving.
- Maintain member interaction and cooperation through the Player Pod system.
- Mentor rookie members, affiliates and managers where appropriate.
- Project & Event Delivery
- Coordinate member involvement in social, digital and broadcast content, from planning through to delivery.
- Lead on SAVA (Sponsor Added Value Activation), designing and executing innovative activations across the Tour.
- Support promoters, sponsors, federations and associations (ETCA, ETWA, etc.) through excellent communication and on‑the‑ground delivery.
- Manage tracking documents including tournament invitations, surveys and member schedules.
- Tour Support
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships to help retain top‑player participation.
- Support the Hotel Planner Tour by attending selected tournaments and acting as liaison for members gaining or losing DPWT cards.
About You
Essential will be your ability to speak English and another European language at a native level (Preferred would be French, Spanish or German). Proven experience working in the professional golf industry. Experience at sporting events (beneficial but not essential). Strong understanding of the European Tour business and ET/HPT/ST Member Regulations. Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills. Confident, articulate and able to build credible relationships at all levels. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Flexibility to travel extensively in the UK and internationally, including occasional extended hours.
This role puts you at the heart of the European Tour, working with world‑class players, collaborating across departments, and helping deliver unforgettable experiences. If you enjoy variety, people and problem‑solving, you’ll feel right at home.

When applying for this role please highlight at the top of your CV your Fluency in both English and another European Language. The European Tour group promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.
