The European Tour group administers golf’s global Tour - the DP World Tour, the HotelPlanner Tour and the Staysure Legends Tour, as well as golf’s greatest team contest, the Ryder Cup.

Are you passionate about sports and curious about how global brands activate sponsorships at major events? Join our Partnerships team as an intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting the delivery of sponsorship programmes across iconic tournaments like the Ryder Cup and Rolex Series. You’ll work closely with departments such as Marketing, Broadcast, Content, Digital, and Championship Management, helping to bring brand partnerships to life. From planning and logistics to on‑site support and reporting, you’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks that offer a real‑world view into sports marketing and event delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Support the delivery on all allocated sponsor accounts across the business, from assisting on planning through to delivery for Ryder Cup, Rolex Series, Tour and Tournaments
  • Work across multiple accounts to ensure delivery of contractual rights and benefits across all areas of the business
  • Specific workstreams that impact on the wider Partnership Management scope
  • Day‑to‑day communication with sponsors and relevant internal stakeholders
  • Support for the wider Partnership Management team including contact reports, pre‑event materials, reporting and approvals
  • Prioritisation of projects which may involve working to tight deadlines
  • Creation of accurate and concise documents and communications
  • Invoicing and other financial processes
  • Provide support pre, post and on event to the Partnership Management tournament lead and the wider Championship Management Team.

Some travel may be involved, and you’ll have the chance to work with brands like DP World, BMW, Emirates and Rolex.
