DP World is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our site in Hinckley. In this role, working in a team, you will deliver essential training to our operations teams and manage our employee training matrix. You will be required to work flexibly, either on an early or late shift, with start times ranging from 8am to 2pm, which can be discussed further during a phone screen. Candidates should have previous warehouse training experience or have held a Senior Warehouse Operations role (such as Team Leader) with thorough knowledge of health and safety practices and standard work procedures.
About the role:
- Manage daily training requirements across the site
- Conduct staff inductions and process training
- Create training plans based on new business, organizational needs, and employee development
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Coordinate all training requests within the Hinckley facility
- Report on training progress and evaluate effectiveness
- Ensure accurate registration of all training activities
- Ensure the training process meets organizational needs
Your Key Skills:
- Experience in warehouse training, either as a dedicated trainer or a senior operator/team lead
- Strong knowledge of and adherence to health and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong IT, Excel, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Didactical knowledge
- HBO level knowledge and experience
- Experience creating and delivering training plans
