Job Purpose: To serve as the primary business owner and product strategist for the internal quotation tool, driving the vision, functionality, and continuous enhancement of pricing and quotation capabilities used by sales, customer service, and operational teams globally. This role ensures the tool delivers accurate, competitive, and efficient quotation processes through strategic feature prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, development oversight, and comprehensive user training, ultimately supporting revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning in the freight forwarding marketplace.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or commercial operations
- Deep experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding pricing models, cost structures, and commercial practices
- Proven track record managing internal business tools or commercial systems
- Experience with rate management, pricing engines, and quotation processes
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and practices
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading UAT and release management activities
- Background in training development and change management
- Preferred Master's degree or MBA
- Professional certifications in Product Management (CSPO, CPM, PMC) or Agile (CSM, SAFe)
- Technical background or experience working closely with development teams
- Experience with freight forwarding systems (CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes)
- Knowledge of revenue management and pricing optimization principles
- Experience with commercial analytics and business intelligence tools
- Understanding of API integrations and system architecture concepts
- International or multi-regional product management experience
