About the Role

DP World in the UK is at the heart of Britain’s trading future, providing the right trading infrastructure, smart logistical solutions, and the benefits of freeport status to our customers. An excellent opportunity has opened within the communications team for a Community Projects Officer on a 12-month contract.

This is an externally facing role that requires excellent communication, networking, and project management skills. You’ll work across teams and with a wide range of stakeholders, acting as a key resource to colleagues and partners.

Location: Stanford-Le-Hope

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid Working – Flexible Term Time also considered)

How you will contribute:

  • Assist with the school engagement programme at London Gateway
  • Contribute to internal communications, social media content, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Support administration and monitoring of different projects
  • Conduct regular site visits to funded projects to monitor progress and build relationships
  • Support the wider management and administration of the main LGF CIF
