This role is based in our head office located at 40 High Street, Street, Somerset, BA16 0EQ. Candidates must be able to be present at the office 4 days a week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading end-to-end recruitment activities for our UK and European business.
The RoleAs Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the delivery of an effective and consistent recruitment service to hiring managers, providing a highly engaging experience for candidates.
- Drive a direct sourcing model and use various platforms to source candidates for live vacancies and engage with talent for future opportunities.
- Learn about the business and the different departments, connect with hiring managers, and understand the team’s future resource needs to provide timely support.
- Act as a brand ambassador to help candidates understand what Clarks can offer as an employer, while delivering a seamless candidate experience that is professional and authentic.
- Skilled recruitment professional with experience in an in-house environment.
- Familiar with matrix organisations and partnered with HR colleagues to provide a consistent experience for hiring managers.
- Expert in utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and able to devise creative and cost-effective solutions to attract top candidates.
- Experience hiring for a variety of corporate roles at different levels; experience in retail and in Europe is useful.
- Designed and managed volume recruitment campaigns and worked on projects such as ATS rollouts and recruitment training.
- A people person with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service and the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity, thriving in supporting internal customers and achieving great results.
The role is based at the head office in Street, Somerset, with 4 days in the office and 1 day of home-working.
